This bundle brings together two of my cognitive neuroscience workbooks: “Neuroscience of Emotion,” and “Responding to Cognitive Dissonance.” Each workbook is a standalone resource, rather than being blended into one. Book One unpacks the biology behind our emotions and gives you the tools to recognise better what you’re feeling, essentially building emotional literacy from the ground up. Book Two explores cognitive dissonance and the various ways we respond when our beliefs are challenged.
